Programme Overview

This track puts you in charge of delivering a project inside a simulated cross-functional team, not just studying frameworks. Over 12 weeks you run 4 projects, each anchored to a company scenario in an industry you choose. You will scope the work, plan the timeline, manage a live Jira board, and handle the scope changes, risks, and difficult stakeholders that show up in real delivery work. By the end, you have a documented delivery track record, not just a certificate saying you learned Agile

How you will work at Bridge Path

How your workflow and day-to day looks like at Bridge Path

Your mentor

Opens each project with a briefing video setting the delivery context and available resources, and is available to advise on planning decisions

Your mentor guiding team

AI stakeholder

A simulated persona (for example, an Engineering Lead or Client Sponsor) sits on the other side of your project, introduces realistic scope changes and risks partway through, and expects you to manage the impact and communicate it clearly

AI stakeholder persona

Your Cohort

A shared community channel to compare how others handled a similar scope change or risk, since delivery judgment improves by seeing more than one approach

Technical reviewer

Cadence

Sprint-style checkpoints across each project window, with a status update expected at each one, mirroring how a real team reports progress

Launch/delivery plans

Taking a product or initiative from plan to delivery on a timeline

Cross-team coordination

Managing dependencies and handoffs between teams that do not naturally align

Risk and change management

Your 4 Projects at Bridge Path

Projects you can choose from

Product launch plan

Product launch plan

A fintech app is launching a new feature and needs a full delivery plan, timeline, and stakeholder sign-off process. Midway through, the simulated stakeholder introduces a compliance requirement that was missed. Deliverable: Project plan, Jira board, and a revised timeline with the change absorbed. Skills built: Scope planning, stakeholder sign-off process, change management

Cross-team delivery plan

Cross-team delivery plan

A logistics company is rolling out a new warehouse system across two teams that do not usually work together. You manage the dependencies and handoffs. Deliverable: A cross-team delivery plan with clear ownership and handoff points. Skills built: Cross-team coordination, dependency mapping, stakeholder alignment

Agile sprint delivery

Agile sprint delivery

An EdTech platform needs a feature shipped in a fixed sprint window. You run the sprint end to end on a live Jira board. Deliverable: Sprint board history plus a retrospective summary. Skills built: Sprint planning, backlog management, retrospective facilitation

Risk and stakeholder management

Risk and stakeholder management

A real estate company's digital transformation project hits a risk that threatens the go-live date. You manage the risk and communicate the impact to a demanding simulated sponsor. Deliverable: Risk log, mitigation plan, and a stakeholder communication. Skills built: Risk management, difficult-conversation communication, executive reporting

Business Problems You Will Solve

All projects are based on real business problems

Business problems meeting

Every project is built around a real category of delivery pressure: a launch that has to hit a date, two teams that need to work together without a natural process for it, a sprint that has to ship on time, or a risk that threatens to derail a project a sponsor has already committed to. These are exactly the situations a hiring manager wants to know you have handled before, not just planned for on paper.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some of the questions we receieve very often

Do I need a PRINCE2 or Scrum certification already?
No. The track teaches the delivery methods you will use on each project, so you do not need a PRINCE2 or Scrum certification to join.
Will every project have a curveball like a scope change?
Yes. The simulated stakeholder introduces realistic scope changes or risks partway through each project, so you practise handling them as they happen.
Is this track more suited to a technical or non-technical background?
Both can succeed. Delivery work depends mostly on planning, communication and judgment, while comfort with tools like Jira and Excel helps you move faster.
Is this the same as a normal internship?
While it provides real project experience and simulated business feedback, it is a structured, project-based track designed to build your portfolio and interview readiness.
