Programme Overview
This track puts you inside a simulated data team working on real business problems, not a set of practice exercises. Over 12 weeks you will move through 4 projects, each modeled on a real company scenario in an industry you choose. By the end, you will have a dashboard-based portfolio, a documented history of business problems you solved, and interview-ready stories about how you solved them
How you will work at Bridge Path
How your workflow and day-to day looks like at Bridge Path
Your mentor
A human mentor opens each project with a short briefing video framing the business problem, and is available for guidance through the project window
AI stakeholder
Each project has a simulated stakeholder persona (for example, a Head of Growth or Head of Operations) who plays the role of the person who requested the analysis.
Your Cohort
You work alongside a small group of other customers on the same track, with a shared community channel for asking questions, comparing approaches, and getting peer feedback before final submission
Types of project You Will Build
Below are the types of projects you’ll engage in while at Bridge Path
Performance dashboards
Building recurring reporting dashboards businesses use to monitor sales, churn, and operations.
Root-cause investigations
A specific question a manager needs answered (why did revenue drop, why did a metric spike).
Stakeholder presentations
Transforming analysis into actionable recommendations that non-technical decision-makers can use.
Data cleanup and reporting systems
Taking messy, inconsistent data and turning it into something reliable and repeatable
Your 4 Projects at Bridge Path
Projects you can choose from
Sales performance dashboard
A fintech company wants to know which customers are likely to leave in the next 30 days so they can intervene early. You build a churn model and present the business case for acting on it. Deliverable: Model plus a written business impact summary. Skills built: Classification modeling, feature engineering, business translation
Customer churn analysis
A fintech app wants to know why customers are leaving in their first 90 days. You analyze usage data, identify the churn drivers, and present a retention recommendation to a simulated Head of Product. Deliverable: Analysis report plus a supporting dashboard. Skills built: Cohort analysis, hypothesis testing, storytelling with data
Operations reporting cleanup
A logistics company has years of inconsistent spreadsheets and no single source of truth for delivery performance. You design and build a clean, repeatable reporting system. Deliverable: A rebuilt reporting dashboard plus documentation for how to maintain it. Skills built: Data cleaning, data modeling, process documentation
Marketing campaign performance analysis
A media company wants to know where to reallocate ad spend for the next quarter. You analyze campaign data across channels and present a reallocation plan to a simulated Head of Marketing. Deliverable: Tableau dashboard plus a budget reallocation recommendation. Skills built: Marketing analytics, ROI analysis, cross-channel comparison
Business Problems You Will Solve
All projects are based on real business problems
Every project in this track is built around a real category of business problem, not an artificial exercise: revenue or growth that has gone off track and nobody can explain why, customers leaving faster than expected, operational data too messy to trust, or a budget that needs to be spent more effectively. These are the exact problems a hiring manager expects a data analyst to be able to walk into and solve, which is why your portfolio and interview stories will hold up under real scrutiny
