Programme Overview

This track puts you between "the business has a problem" and "the dev team knows exactly what to build," which is the actual job of a business analyst. Over 12 weeks you complete 4 projects, each anchored to a company scenario in an industry you choose. You will interview a simulated stakeholder to uncover requirements, map the current and future process, and hand off a requirements document a real team could act on. By the end, you have documented proof you can translate a vague business problem into a clear, buildable solution

Business Problems You Will Solve

All projects are based on real business problems

Business problems meeting

Every project is built around a real category of business analysis problem: a stakeholder who knows something is wrong but cannot articulate the fix, a system that has quietly accumulated gaps nobody has documented, a process that frustrates customers and staff alike, or multiple teams who each want something different from the same system change. These are the exact situations a hiring manager expects a BA to be able to walk into and untangle

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some of the questions we receieve very often

Do I need a technical background to join this track?
No. Business analysis sits between the business and the technical team, so the work is about asking the right questions and documenting requirements clearly, not writing code.
How realistic is the simulated stakeholder?
The AI stakeholder is designed to behave the way real stakeholders often do: giving you an initial brief that is incomplete or inconsistent and expecting you to surface the real need through structured discovery questions.
Which tools will I actually use?
You will work with a combination of Jira and Confluence for requirements tracking, Draw.io or Lucidchart for process diagrams, and Balsamiq or Figma for wireframe-level handoff artefacts depending on the project.
Is this the same as a normal internship?
While it provides real project experience and simulated business feedback, it is a structured, project-based track designed to build your portfolio and interview readiness.
